We are looking for an IT Recruiter experienced in Talent Placement

WHAT KIND OF TASKS WILL YOU BE WORKING ON?

• Act as a bridge between our partner companies and the fresh Green Fox graduates
• Execute the placement process of ready-to-work junior developers with various stacks at our partner companies
• Develop the matchmaking process based on company benchmarks in the Slovakian talent team
• Prepare junior developers for job interviews
• Support Green Fox students with career coaching
• Identify new customer groups
• Represent GFA at company events
• Analyze and evaluate student placement processes and client feedback
• Track and understand industry trends, continuous analysis and internal integration of customer data and reactions
• Realize all this in a rapidly changing environment :)

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

• 3-4  years experience in IT Recruitment (preferably recruitment agency background)
• Good understanding of the recruitment market and - trends in the Slovakia
• Experience with CRM and applicant tracking systems
• Career coaching experience desired
• Business fluent Slovak and English language knowledge 
• German language is a plus
• Willingness to travel cca. 1x/month to our partner offices (Prague and Budapest)
• Flexibility and the ability to embrace changes, because things can change really fast, even from day to day with us :)

HOW MUCH WE OFFER: 

• ​1 400 - 1 600 €/month (depends on experience and seniority)

• ​30 to 40 hours/week

WHERE WILL YOU WORK?

• Our office is at Bottova 2a, 811 09 Staré Mesto, Bratislava (2-3 days/week onsite presence expected)
